Keep movin’!

We believe that one of the best ways for everyone to maintain their physical and mental health at home is to ensure that our students have time for regularly scheduled fitness.

Our elementary students meet with our Physical Education teachers once a week for a guided lesson. The students and teachers join together to complete a 30 minute workout. Students help by leading the daily warm up activities. Students are energetic and really enjoy their movement times.

Physical Education

Our Physical Education team helps to encourage our students during their synchronous lessons, helping them to develop their fitness routine. Weekly videos are developed with input from the students about the kind of workout they want for the coming week.

Along with frequent hand-washing, wearing masks, and keeping our distance and avoiding crowds, keeping active for 20-30 minutes per day, either inside or outside, can help to boost our energy and keep our immune system strong. How you will keep moving this week?
