D E I J

At Surabaya Intercultural School, we celebrate our diversity and aim to set norms of acceptance and open-mindedness so that everyone in our community feels heard, respected, and valued for who they are. All students, families, and staff feel that they belong regardless of identity, age, gender, socioeconomic status, family structure, talents, national origin, race, ethnicity, language, birthplace, ancestry, culture, religion, or abilities. We strive to treat others fairly and are proactive in our efforts to promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice policies and procedures. Our students are empowered to be anti-discrimination leaders who advocate for themselves and others to create inclusive communities.
